The Stockton baseball team edged Rutgers-Camden 4-3 in an NJAC home game.  Joe Sacerdote (Deptford/ Gloucester Catholic) led the Ospreys by going 3-4 with a double and a triple.  Chris Discher (Cherry Hill/CH West) went 2-4 with an RBI and a run, and he extended his hitting streak to seven games.  Winning pitcher Joe Mihalyi (Hamilton/Nottingham) improved to 4-0 on the season, allowing three runs on five hits with three strikeouts in six innings pitched.
 
Rutgers-Camden tied the game 2-2 in the top of the fourth, but Stockton pulled ahead 4-2 with two runs in the bottom half.  With the bases loaded, Discher earned an RBI single on a squeeze bunt and Pat Goodwin (Mays Landing/Holy Spirit) followed with an RBI on a sacrifice bunt.  Rutgers-Camden got within 4-3 in the sixth, but Sean Donovan (Hazlet/Raritan) pitched two shutout innings and John O’Hara (Clayton/Gloucester Catholic) tossed a scoreless ninth frame for his fourth save as Stockton prevailed 4-3.
