Richard Stockton (2-8) squandered a 3-1 lead in the second half and fell to Swarthmore (5-8) 4-3 in double overtime.  Gabrielle Palermo (Ocean Twp./Ocean Twp.) led the Ospreys with a goal and an assist.  Junior back Gillian Terreri (Medford/Shawnee) scored her first career goal and Kayla Cappadocia (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) also netted a goal.  Starting goalie Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) made three saves in 46:11 and then Christine Harvey (Edgewood, MD/Aberdeen) registered six stops in the final 39:31 of the game.

Cappadocia gave Stockton a quick 1-0 lead, assisted by Palermo, just 33 seconds into the match and Terreri later doubled the lead to 2-0 at 30:29.  Swarthmore responded with a tally just 2:35 later and the Ospreys led 2-1 at the break.  In the second half, Palermo scored to put Stockton on top 3-1, but Swarthmore answered with a pair of goals 2:32 apart to knot the game at 3-3.  After a scoreless first overtime, the Garnet scored the game-winner just 48 seconds into the second OT to defeat Stockton 4-3.
