Katie Mattsson (Brick/Brick Twp.) scored a pair of goals to lead Richard Stockton (3-9) to a 2-0 victory over Arcadia (4-10) for its third win of the season.  Mattsson netted one goal in each half and Stockton goaltender Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) made 10 saves for her second shutout of the year.  With the victory, the Ospreys surpassed last season’s win total in just 12 games.

Mattsson scored her first goal late in the first half at 31:10 when she tipped in a pass from Gabrielle Palermo (Ocean Twp./Ocean Twp.) for a 1-0 lead.  Stockton held its one-goal cushion until late in the second half.  With just 4:44 remaining in the game, Mattsson struck again and scored her team-leading fourth goal of the season with an assist by Christy Barbetto (Hammonton/St. Joseph).  The Ospreys were able to stave off a penalty corner by Arcadia in the closing seconds to preserve the shutout, 2-0.
