Richard Stockton (15-2-1, 7-1) edged Kean (10-6, 4-4) 2-1 for its seventh consecutive win.  The Ospreys also clinched second place in the NJAC and a first-round bye for the upcoming NJAC tournament.  Samantha Bean (Manchester/Manchester Twp.) and Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) scored one goal apiece for Stockton.  Ospreys’ goalkeeper Alex Rogers (Medford/ Shawnee) registered three saves in the victory.

Bean gave Stockton a 1-0 lead with a volley shot off a pass from Melissa Scully (Gloucester Twp./Highland at 38:21 for the only goal of the first half.  Just 2:31 after intermission, Pocoroba scored with an assist by Laura O’Shea (Petersburg/ Ocean City) to double the Stockton advantage to 2-0.  Only 5:38 later, Kean netted its lone goal to pull within 2-1 at 53:09.  Neither team was able to capitalize on a scoring chance the rest of the way as Stockton posted its seventh straight win, 2-1.
