Ray Nelson (Toms River/TR South) scored the only goal of the match in the second half to lift Richard Stockton (13-4-1, 6-2) to a 1-0 NJAC victory over Kean (6-11-1, 1-7).  Goalkeeper Matt Hart (Dayton/South Brunswick) needed just one save to earn his sixth shutout of the season.  With the win, Stockton remained in second place in the league and put itself in position for a first-round bye in the upcoming NJAC tournament.

The Ospreys pressed the attack throughout the game and outshot Kean 21-7 overall.  Despite an 11-4 first-half advantage in shots, the match remained scoreless through intermission.  In the second half, the Nelson brothers combined to produce the game-winning goal.  Sean Nelson (Toms River/TR South) fed older brother Ray Nelson, who went in on a breakaway and scored the only goal of the contest at 58:40.  Stockton protected its lead for the final 31 minutes and posted the 1-0 victory.
