Richard Stockton (5-2) was edged 12-9 by DeSales (3-5) in a non-league road game. DeSales doubled the Ospreys 8-4 in the second half after Stockton had taken a slim one-goal lead into intermission. Matt Bell (Jackson/Jackson) led Stockton with a team-high three goals while Josh Dybus (Lyndhurst/St. Peter’s Prep) and Keith Bologno (Glen Gardner/Voorhees) each registered two goals and an assist.

Bell scored two goals in the first half, with the second giving Stockton a 5-4 lead with just 13 seconds left in the second quarter. Bell netted the Ospreys’ lone goal of the third quarter as DeSales dominated the period 6-1 and took a 10-6 lead. Dybus and Bologno scored back-to-back goals in the fourth quarter to pull Stockton within 10-8. DeSales struck for two goals 1:09 apart for a 12-8 advantage, and the Bulldogs went on to defeat the Ospreys 12-9.
