Richard Stockton (11-6, 0-3) fell victim to a late offensive surge by Rowan (12-5-1, 2-2) as the Profs scored eight runs in their final three offensive turns and defeated Stockton 10-6. Matt Allen (Salem/Woodstown) led the Ospreys by going 3-5 with a double and three runs. Scott Fisher (Toms River/TR East) went 2-3 with a solo home run and Nick DiGirolamo (Dumont/Dumont) was 2-4 with two RBI.

Allen doubled and scored on a single by DiGirolamo during a two-run fourth inning that gave Stockton a 3-1 lead. Rowan closed the gap to 3-2 with a tally in the bottom half, but Fisher led off the fifth inning with a home run for a 4-2 advantage. Rowan scored once in the bottom of the sixth and took the lead for good with four runs in the seventh for a 7-4 edge. Allen singled and scored the first of two Stockton runs that brought the Ospreys within 7-6 in the eighth inning, but Rowan answered with three runs in the bottom half for the 10-6 final.
