Richard Stockton (12-8, 1-5) struggled to keep up with 12th-ranked Kean (19-6, 5-2) and suffered a pair of defeats 21-2 and 8-4 in an NJAC doubleheader. Nick DiGirolamo (Dumont/ Dumont) went 1-4 with an RBI and Matt Hunt (Marlton/St. Joseph) was 1-5 with an RBI in the opener. Already leading 11-0, Kean plated 10 more runs in the sixth inning for a 21-0 advantage. The Ospreys produce their only runs of the game on a sacrifice fly by DiGirolamo and an RBI single by Hunt in the seventh inning.

Matt Allen (Salem/Woodstown) went 2-5 with two RBI and Hunt was 2-5 with a double and a run in the nightcap. Allen singled and scored an unearned run in the second inning for a 1-1 tie. Allen later stroked a two-run single in the top of the fifth that gave Stockton a brief 3-2 lead, but Kean responded with three runs apiece in the fifth and seventh frames for an 8-3 edge. In the ninth inning, the Ospreys scored once on an RBI single by Scott Fisher (Toms River/TR East), but Stockton left the bases loaded and fell 8-4.
