Varsity Four Wins at Johns Hopkins Invitational |
| Richard Stockton competed in the varsity four and novice eight races at the Johns Hopkins Invitational. The Stockton unit of Michelle Elberson (Atlantic City/Atlantic City), Laura O’Donnell (Mt. Laurel/Lenape), Ceili Bachman (Lincoln, PA/Avon Grove), Melanie Whalen (Long Valley/West Morris Central) and coxswain Ariel Hernandez (Hammonton/ Hammonton) won the varsity four at with a time of 7:58.76 that was eight seconds ahead of the second-place scull. In the novice eight, Stockton posted a time of 8:21.90 and finished second in a head-to-head race against St. Mary’s (MD). |
