Keith Bologno (Glen Gardner/Voorhees) scored the game-winning goal with just 2:15 remaining to lift Richard Stockton (9-4, 4-1) to a 7-6 victory over Kean (11-6, 2-3) in the regular season finale. The Ospreys rallied from a 6-3 deficit by scoring four consecutive goals in a span of 7:05. Bologno scored twice while Josh Dybus (Lyndhurst/St. Peter’s Prep) added a goal and two assists during the decisive spurt.

Kean tallied the first four goals of the game for a 4-0 lead midway through the second quarter. Stockton responded with three straight to pull within 4-3 with six minutes remaining in the third period. Kean led 6-3 before Brendan McCarthy (Howell/Howell) netted his second goal of the game to begin Stockton’s rally. Bologno struck with 7:11 on the clock and Dybus followed with the game-tying goal at the 3:50 mark. Bologno then capped the comeback with the game-winner 1:35 later as Stockton prevailed 7-6.

Bologno led the Ospreys with two goals and an assist while McCarthy netted two goals and Dybus contributed a goal and two assists. Stockton goalkeeper Pete Marcelliano (Morristown/Mendham) registered 15 saves in the triumph. With the win, the Ospreys clinched second place in the Skyline Conference and earned a home game in the league semifinals on April 29.
