The Stockton men’s and women’s cross country teams competed primarily against NCAA Division I and II squads in the Fordham Fiasco. The Osprey women’s team finished 12th out of 18 while the Stockton men placed 14th out of 16. Abad Akhtar (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) was Stockton’s top runner, finishing 21st overall and first among Division III entrants in the men’s race with a time of 27:53.89. Freshman Matt Ardelean (Margate/Atlantic City) placed 85th at 29:29.20.

Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/ Mainland) paced the Ospreys in the women’s race by capturing 57th place with a time of 20:25.25, followed by Meredith Malloy (Hamilton/Hamilton West) in 92nd position at 21:25.40. The large meet featured 181 runners in the women’s 5K race and 173 competitors in the men’s 8K race.
