Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) scored a hat trick to lead Richard Stockton (4-1-1) to a 3-1 win over Drew (2-2-1) as the Ospreys won the Drew Fall Festival for the third consecutive year. Courtney Dougherty (Ocean City/Ocean City), Amanda Altman (Beachwood/Toms River South) and Shelley Gibney (Shamong/Seneca) assisted on the tallies. Maria Dorris (Mantua/Clearview) made just one save in 80 minutes played, but it came on a penalty kick late in the first half. Dorris has a 296:45 shutout streak in progress.

Pocoroba scored two of the three in the first half within the first 14 minutes. Her first goal was set up by Dougherty and her shot inside the far post gave Stockton the early lead. Altman shot a crossing pass to Pocoroba for the second goal and a 2-0 lead at the break. The junior completed the hat trick with 33 minutes left as she got to a loose ball off and scored with an assist by Gibney to make it 3-0. Drew broke the shutout on a successful penalty kick with just 2:34 remaining in Stockton’s 3-1 victory.
