Manhattanville 2, Stockton 0

Debi O'Kane

Richard Stockton (2-8) fell to Manhattanville (5-5) by a 2-0 score in the Ospreys’ final home game before a stretch of four straight on the road. Stockton goalkeeper Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) registered five saves but was beaten once in each half. Although, the Ospreys earned 15 penalty corners and recorded 12 shots, they were blanked for the fourth time this season.

Manhattanville scored its first goal late in the first half at 25:15. The Valiants struck again 10 minutes into the second half for a 2-0 score. Stockton applied strong offensive pressure down the stretch but could not break through, coming closest on a shot by Gillian Terreri (Medford/Shawnee) that clanged off the post late in the game.
