Richard Stockton (10-2) scored a pair of goals in the second half and blanked Alvernia (3-7) 2-0 in a non-conference road game. Freshman Cody Letsinger (Greenfield/Ocean City) netted his first career goal and Sean McCallum (Vineland/ Vineland) added his fifth marker of the season. Stockton goalkeeper Lou Herring (Freehold/Freehold) earned his third shutout of the year with seven saves.

The teams played over 70 scoreless minutes before the Ospreys broke through for the first goal. Letsinger scored on a rebound with an assist by Devin Reilley (Woodstown/St. Augustine) at 71:10 to give Stockton a 1-0 lead. The Ospreys added an insurance tally with just 3:12 remaining as McCallum booted a goal assisted by Rafael Duarte (Ocean City/ Ocean City) to seal the 2-0 victory.
