Nancy White (Ocean City/Ocean City) scored 53 seconds into overtime to lift Richard Stockton (3-8) to a 2-1 victory over Cedar Crest (2-9) in the first of four consecutive road games for the Ospreys. White tallied both Stockton goals in the contest, her third and fourth markers of the season. Ospreys’ goalkeeper Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) registered six saves in the win, all in the second half.

White gave Stockton an early 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal just 6:22 into the game. Cedar Crest knotted the score at 1-1 with just 1:15 remaining before halftime. The teams battled through a scoreless second half in which the Ospreys were outshot 7-3 and defended eight penalty corners by Cedar Crest. White needed just 53 seconds of overtime to knock home the game-winning goal with an assist by Jackie Turner (Medford/Shawnee) to give Stockton the 2-1 triumph.
