Richard Stockton (16-7, 5-0) swept Kean (11-7, 0-5) 25-21, 25-8, 25-16 and remained unbeaten in conference play. On the same day that she was named NJAC Player of the Week, Christine Velott (Moorestown/Moorestown) led the Ospreys with 10 kills and six digs. Tabitha Nejman (Runnemede/Our Lady of Mercy) pounded nine kills and Jackie Aldrich (Westhampton Beach, NY/Westhampton Beach) contributed 16 assists.

After Stockton opened up a 16-8 lead in the first set, Kean battled back to within 22-20, but an attack error by the Cougars and two late kills from Velott allowed the Ospreys to prevail 25-21. Velott tallied four kills and Stephanie Warner (Totowa/Passaic Valley) served two aces as Stockton dominated the second set 25-8. Warner and Nejman slammed three kills apiece in the third set as the Ospreys completed the sweep 25-16.
