Rafael Duarte

Boxscore
Richard Stockton (10-5-1, 3-3-1) was unable to protect its early lead as fifth-ranked and undefeated Montclair State (13-0-1, 7-0) defeated the Ospreys 4-1. The Red Hawks netted all four of their goals in the final 31 minutes of the match. Rafael Duarte (Ocean City/Ocean City) scored his team-leading ninth goal of the season, but the Ospreys were outshot 24-4 and surrendered the most goals that they have allowed in any game this season.

Duarte gave Stockton an early 1-0 lead with an assist by Sal Pistone (Blackwood/Highland) at 18:42. The tally proved to be the only shot of the first half for the Ospreys. Stockton held Montclair State off the board until the Red Hawks tied the game on a corner kick at 59:11. Montclair took the lead for good with another goal just 5:41 later. The Red Hawks scored two late goals 10 minutes apart at 73:04 and 83:03 for the 4-1 final score.
