Richard Stockton (12-6-1) got goals from three different players and defeated FDU-Florham (8-9-1) 3-1 on Senior Night. Brennen Fitzsimmons (Neptune/Neptune), Butch Huff (Toms River/TR North) and Felipe Duarte (Ocean City/Ocean City) hit the back of the net for the Ospreys. Duarte’s goal was his first of the season.

Fitzsimmons opened the scoring on a header off a free kick from Sean Nelson (Toms River/TR South) just 4:12 into the game. Huff tallied off a cross from George Hamilton (Medford/Shawnee) 12 minutes later, but an FDU-Florham goal at 33:54 made the score 2-1 at the half. Duarte’s header goal came off a free kick from Devin Reilly (Woodstown/St. Augustine) at 52:41 to end the scoring at 3-1.

Stockton goalkeeper Anthony Pompei (Hamilton/Hamilton West) made three saves in 66:40 between the posts. Brian McDonough (Howell/Howell) relieved Pompei midway through the second half in net for the Ospreys and did not face any shots on goal in the final 23:20 of the game.
