Richard Stockton (4-14) snapped a six-game losing streak with a 1-0 victory over Neumann (8-9). Freshman Susanne Anzabi (Mt. Laurel/Lenape) scored the only goal of the contest early in the first half and goalkeeper Debi O’Kane (Cologne/ Absegami) earned her third shutout of the year with 14 saves in leading the Stockton defensive effort.

Anzabi scored her second goal of the season with an assist by Bernadette Jablonoski (Cherry Hill/Paul VI) just 7:03 into the game to give Stockton the early 1-0 lead. Neumann outshot the Ospreys 13-5 in the first half, but O’Kane made nine saves and Stockton was ahead 1-0 at the break. The shots were close to even in the second half, with Neumann holding a slight 8-7 edge. The Osprey defense was equal to the task and O’Kane tallied five more saves to complete the 1-0 triumph.
