Alcohol and Drug Education Program
The goal is to promote Responsible Safe Choices for students. To meet the goal we offer:
Alcohol and drug counseling for students who compulsively and chronically use alcohol and/or other drugs.
Counseling for students if they have a family member or friend who is an alcoholic, addict, or problem drinker/drugger.
- Provide education on alcohol and other drugs, information on support systems, referrals to outside treatment and organizations as necessary.
Offer an array of programs to assist in making informed decisions about alcohol and other drug use. These programs include:- Counseling Services
- Stay Safe and Graduate
- Peer Educator Training
- Workshops
- Options (a 4 credit wellness course)
- Alcohol 101 (informational presentation on alcohol and other drugs)
- ULTRA Workshops
- TIPS certification
