Learning Access Program

FALL 2009 TESTING HOURS: 

  • Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's - 9am to 1pm
  • Tuesday's and Thursday's - 1pm to 4:30pm

A team of professionals in the Learning Access Program is available to assist Stockton students and faculty so that individuals with physical, psychological, or learning disabilities can participate fully in the life of the College community.

Services provided through this office (and through referral to other offices) include:

  • Coordination of services for physically disabled and learning disabled students
  • Individual services with a Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant
  • Educational Counseling
  • Academic assistance
  • Auxiliary aids
  • Housing Assistance

Special Notes to Students:

  • All students requesting special accommodations must register with the Learning Access Program and provide appropriate documentation to the program director. 
  • Campus Housing is available in both the residence halls and apartments for students with physical disabilities. Students with disabilities who elect to live in campus housing and who require the assistance of an attendant must make arrangements to hire an attendant. 
  • The Affirmative Action Officer located in K-204 has been designated as the coordinator for ADA/504 student related concerns.
