Graduate Admissions - How to Apply

Application Instructions for Admission to Graduate Programs

We are pleased to learn of your interest in a graduate degree program at Stockton. All application materials must reach the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies prior to the published deadline for admission to your selected program. Please refer to the Application Matrix included in the program application package for deadlines and supplemental requirements. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed for admission until the next review cycle. If you have any questions about the admissions process, please contact the Graduate Admissions Office at (609) 626-3640.

DEGREE PROGRAMS

This is a self-managed application process:

• The applicant is responsible for gathering all required information and for submitting the documentation in one packet to the Graduate School for review, including the letters of recommendation. Provide each of your recommenders with the Recommendation Form and instructions; ask your recommender to place the form and her/his letter in a sealed envelope with an original signature across the seal. You may then include them with your packet or have them sent directly to the Graduate School’s address below.
   
• If you are having standardized test scores directly submitted by a testing center, Stockton’s school codes are: 2889 for the GRE and GMAT; and 1391 for the MAT. The official score report takes approximately one month from the test date, so plan carefully to meet the application deadline.
   
• If you are having official transcripts directly submitted, provide the Graduate School’s address below.
