

Instructional technology deals with the improvement of human learning and performance with the aid of technologies. The theoretical foundations of learning, instructional design, and ethical practice support the development and educational use of software applications, multimedia, network configurations and web-based technologies. Graduates of the MAIT program can become leaders in the fields of education and training and may qualify for positions in the areas of curriculum design and development, technology coordination, distance education planning, integration of technology in teaching, human performance support, instructional design and training development, and project management.
