Rating: Heli: 3 of 4 stars; Marcus solves the Roman murders and several new ones in Spain with his normal derring-do and witticisms. Davis has allowed both Marcus and Helena to mature, which gives the book more depth. The final chapter is both humorous and clever; it leads me to believe Davis' next book will be better than ever. (R Breindel)
