Harvey Kesselman serves as Provost and Executive Vice President at Stockton. He is a former “Mayflower Student,” has also served Stockton as Dean of Education, Interim Vice President for Administration and Finance, Vice President for Student Affairs, Director of Institutional Research and Planning, and Director of the EOF Program during his more than 30 years in administration. He also represents the senior public college and university sector of higher education on the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority, the agency responsible for overseeing the $1 billion financial aid system in New Jersey.
