Pushcart Players
Peter & The Wolf!

July 2nd • Wednesday • 11am & 2pm

This full-scale theatrical production abounds with Victorian toys that come to life. Grandfather, an elegant 8-foot tall gentleman, enters the scene on a high-wheeled bicycle. Peter is only 8-years-old, but he is over 6 feet tall and he rides a toy Victorian horse on wheels. The company will also present the Sound Mall. With the use of large scale masks and props, it tells how the instruments (strings, brass, reeds, and percussion) came to be the shape and size they are in order to make the sounds they do.
