Bidding & RFP Opportunities
The primary platform for communications regarding public Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFP) shall be the Office of Procurement & Contracting website. Project Documents, Addenda, Drawings, Specifications, and all other related material can be accessed on this page. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to monitor this website for any modifications or additions related to public advertisements.
Bidders shall not communicate with any University personnel, architect, engineer, or consultant involved with a public bid. All Bidder questions must be submitted to RFP-Purchasing@Stockton.edu and in accordance with the project Schedule of Events.
Specific locations for Pre-Proposal Meetings, Site Visits, and Public Openings may change for each project. However, the most commonly-used location is the University's Galloway, NJ campus (Map of the Galloway, NJ Campus):

- As Parking and traffic can be congested at times, please plan to arrive early enough for any scheduled pre-proposal meetings, site visits or public openings.
- Please refer to the Parking & Transportation website for information on parking. All Residential Guests must have their vehicle registered as a guest vehicle and can apply for a Visitor Permit on the Parking website.
- Parking on campus is available to commuters in Lots 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6B and 7 and the General Parking Lots - Lots 8A, 8B, 9 and the North Lot. Campus citations may be issued to non-residential vehicles parked in the residential lots.
- All non-residential community members that cannot find a parking space in Lots 0 through 7 shall utilize the General Parking Lots - Lots 8A, 8B, 9 and the North Lot and take the Stockton Shuttle to the main campus.
IF THE UNIVERSITY IS CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER ON THE DAY A PROJECT IS TO POST, IT WILL BE POSTED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY THE UNIVERSITY IS OPEN.
IF THE UNIVERSITY IS CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER ON THE DAY A SUBMISSION IS DUE, THE DUE DATE WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY THE UNIVERSITY IS OPEN.
Vendor Portal: Electronic Submission Information
Submissions for Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) must be made electronically by logging into the Vendor Portal located on the Office of Procurement & Contracting website. Instructions for submitting bid proposals below:
- Visit the following website: https://stockton.edu/procurement-contracting/VendorPortal
- Log into the 'Vendor Portal' using your username and password
- Select the option for, "Submit Proposal/Bid"
- Select the applicable Bid/RFP for which you would like to upload a submission
- Select the "Choose File" button. After file is added, click the "Continue" button to finalize submission.
After a file is submitted, you will receive an on on-screen and email verification for your records. You may also view your submission by selecting the option, ‘View Submitted Proposals/Bids.’
Valid file types for electronic submission are PDF, Word, and Excel (highly preferred as a single PDF). If multiple files are submitted with duplicative information (such as two Proposal Pages), then only the most recently uploaded file will be considered. Vendors may attend public bid openings in person, or via Zoom. Zoom information will be provided on the submission due date for each project listed below, within the corresponding project table.
