Elaine Ingulli was a Legal Services attorney before she began teaching in the early 1980s. She has taught business and computer law and a variety of General Studies and Women’s Studies courses at Stockton since 1986. During that time, she has been active in faculty governance, serving as President of the Faculty Assembly and as local negotiator for the SFT and co-authored a text, Law and Ethics in the Business Environment, now in its 7th edition.
