Ken Tompkins has been teaching for 46 years. He is one of two surviving Founding Deans of the College having been the first Dean of General Studies. His contributions to the College include General Studies, BASK, computer microlabs, the COMM Program, the MAIT Program and the first College website. He has a strong interest in 3D modeling, pedagogy and technology, and long-distance motorcycle touring.
