In 1996, The Environmental Studies and Geology program moved into the new Arts and Sciences Building where a state-of-the-art computer cartography laboratory can be found. Other laboratories in the Arts and Sciences Building include soil, hydrology, geology, entomology and field biology laboratories. Many of the laboratories are equipped with fume hoods and ventilation systems that provide 100% fresh air.
